Hello!

Welcome everyone, to my professional blog! The purpouse of creating this blog is to consolidate all of my online profiles into a single, easily accessible page. Let me introduce myself, briefly. My name is Nuria Aguilar and I am a predoctoral researcher in computational chemistry at University of Burgos. I've been working in the same reaserch group since my bachelor's thesis in 2019. In our group, we applied a multiscale molecular modelling approach to design new materials for energy and environmental applications. We can learn a little bit more about computational chemistry and our research listening to my supervisor, Dr. Santiago Aparicio, in this short video about our work at ICCRAM - University of Burgos.

Now that you have some knowledge about what we do, if you are interested in reading some of our results, you will find my papers in ORCID and Google Scholar. As researchers, we must disseminate our results and knowledge not just to other scientists but to the general population and social media is an excellent tool to reach people outside our professional world to let them know about out work, our results and our struggles.
